If you are looking for a hard-working, honest and helpful relator, I highly recommend Chuck Buckingham. I had already started moving to another state and was able to be in town only for 5 days to interview relators and get my home on the market. Sunday night when I got to town, I interviewed Chuck and another relator and liked what I heard from Chuck so I hired him. He jumped right in knowing I had very little time to work. He lined up a painting crew for me to start work the next morning painting every room in my 4 bed 2 bath house and gave me reliable people to call to get other things fixed: a handy man, a tile and carpet cleaning crew, house cleaners, a tile painter, electrician, and home staging company. By Friday, the house was sparkling and as I left town, the stagers were moving in. That night he had a professional photographer take pictures and make flyers and he set the first open house for Saturday. I got a call from Chuck Saturday with the following news: Over 100 people showed up for the open house and I had gotten 11 offers—I took the one for $75,000 over list price! The remainder of the time between offer and final sale, he handled all the details from there and set me paperwork to read and sign electronically so I didn't have to make another trip back. I highly recommend Chuck to anyone who needs help selling their home. You can't go wrong.
